Lean Principles Workshop


The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN), in partnership with the Sierra College Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT), is sponsoring a one-day Lean Principles Workshops in August.

This workshop focuses on introducing Lean Thinking as a methodology for identifying and eliminating non-value-adds or wasteful processes in an organization.

It will help participants define and understand the different types of waste that exist in an organization as viewed by customers.

The mix of classroom lecture and simulation will give the participants a firsthand experience in how Lean improves quality, increases productivity and capability while eliminating waste and reducing costs.
