Two-day Value Stream Mapping Workshop

The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN), in partnership with the Sierra College Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT), is sponsoring a two day Value Stream Mapping Workshops in April.

Date: April 12 and April 26
Location: Rex Moore, 6001 Outfall Circle, Sacramento, CA 95828
Time: 8 AM – 5 PM
Cost: $240.00 per person (includes a box lunch)

This 2 day course will focus in detail how to develop both current state and future state Value Stream Maps (VSM) as a critical method in identifying and eliminating non-value-adds or wasteful processes in an organization.

The mix of classroom lecture and simulation will give the participants a firsthand experience in how to create Value Stream Maps.
